RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AECOM
TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 10, 2011, at a cost not to
exceed $30,000.00, for architectural and engineering services
related to the design and acquisition of Snow Removal Equipment
(SRE) for the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 2011.
