RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR THIRD
PARTY ADMINISTRATION FOR ALCOHOL AND DRUG
TESTING OF JOB APPLICANTS AND/OR EMPLOYEES
WITH C.J. COOPER & ASSOCIATES, INC. OF
MARION, IOWA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 10, 2011, for third party
administration for alcohol and drug testing of job applicants
and/or employees at a cost of $32.00 per drug test and $25.00 per
collection when performed at C.J. Cooper & Associates, Inc. for a
period of one year, by and between C.J. Cooper & Associates, Inc.
of Marion, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 2011.
