RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT WITH RADIO COMMUNICATIONS OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $113,876.80
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ALARM CONTROLLER
SYSTEM IN 23 LIFT STATIONS AND TO EXPAND ON
THE CURRENT LIFT STATION ALARM SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid by Radio Communications of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $113,876.80, for the Alarm Controller System in 23
Lift Stations and to Expand on the Current Lift Station Alarm
System, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project in Resolution No. 2010-1116, after
public hearing on December 20, 2010 on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the apparent
lowest bid for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 2011.
