RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that a 100 -watt HPS street light be installed on a wood
pole on the curve in the 3100 block of Marnie Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby ordered to certify a copy of this resolution to
MidAmerican Energy Company of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th da of January, 2011.
