'1 BE IT.RESOLVED BY THE (EUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Agreement dated January 6, 1986, for appraisal services for
hardship cases for 2336 and 3100 Ansborough Avenue
(IX-6585(5)--79-07 and IX-6585(6)--79-07), by and between Oakridge
Realtors and Builders of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,

Passed and adopted this 6th day of January, 1986.
