BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
Agreement No. 85-F-089 dated January 6, 1986, for Hackett Road
< Bypass, Project No. IX-6585(6)--79-07, by and between Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
E { and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
• execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
