RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING A
TEMPORARY EASEMENT ON REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcels
described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,
AND WHEREAS, the acquisition of a Temporary Easement
Teeinafter described is necessary to carry out the Hackett Road ByPass
Project in connection with the Interstate Substitution Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
• of Waterloo, Iowa, that the contract for the parcels hereinafter
described, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
a) ,County, Iowa, is accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to
c' execute all instruments necessary to consummate the agreement for the
Temporary Easement from the owners thereof, and the City of Waterloo is
directed to pay for the properties and the incidental expenses necessary
.;,d,the consummation of the sales from City Funds.
