1?, WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of January, 1986, Donna Van Horn resigned as an
employee of the Clerk/Auditor's Office of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

11 WHEREAS, Donna Van Horn has accumulated 5.5 hours of sick leave and is
^1 entitled to payment for same, and

WHEREAS, Donna Van Horn has earned and is entitled 80 hours vacation pay
• ? and 16.1 hours casual pay, now, therefore,
c ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
,! a Donna Van Horn be paid a sum of $827.02 being payment in full for above
u, mentioned sick leave, earned vacation, and casual time and that the
;_T Glerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to
Hdraw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Donna
',+ Van Horn.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 6th day of January, 1986,
`approved by the Mayor an the 8th day of January, 1986.
