H M WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed construction

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WNTERL00 this
(project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this contract.
P L; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be hereby
so instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa Department
of Transportation.
