RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATES FOR IJORK PERFORMED
AN) MATERIAL FURNISHED TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
' WHEREAS, certain contractors have performed work and furnished material in
Fi; H connection with various projects in the City of Waterloo, Iowa and
B WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered by the said

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: that the above
listed pay estimates be paid on said contracts for services rendered in connection
with the above listed contracts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
Clerk/Auditor, be and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a
warrant accordingly for said sums and deliver the same to the said contractors.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of January, 1986.
