RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $17,469.12 ACCUMULATED SICK
x H`4 c LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO DONALD C. AHLHELM, RETIREE OF
THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.

<4f� WHEREAS, on the 17th day of January, 1986, Donald C. Ahlhelm will retire
as an employee of the Fire Department of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Donald C. Ahlhelm has accumulated 1 ,248 hours of sick leave g �-, and
is entitled to payment for same, and
s <v ® WHEREAS, Donald C. Ahlhelm has earned and is entitled 288 hours vacation
t pay, now, therefore,
a BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
Donald C. Ahlhelm be paid a sum of $17,469.12 being payment in full for
cA a ¢ above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that the
Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to
c draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Donald
C. Ahlhelm.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 13th day of January, 1986,
