BE IT RESOLVED BY THE QOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS ALLOWS:

E.- p.m., on the 10th day of February, 1986, for the purpose of considering

Street and lying easterly of and adjacent to Lots 9 through 13

r. Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
