BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAfl RLOO, iO�JA,
athat the contract of Allied Construction Company, Inc. of Charles City,
Iowa, for San Marnan Drive (IX-6498(3)--79-07) in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and
the Clerk/Auditor as of the 27th day of January, 1986, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
c signed by the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company of St. Paul,
Minnesota, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby, approved.
