WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has undertaken the ' rz, Burton Avenue Bridge Replacement Project and the parcel of land hereinafter described has been appraised and an offer made to the owner 6 < of said property in the amount of the appraised value and said offer ti has been refused and funds are available with which to pay for the said Fa parcels from City funds; and c e sdN WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described real property is necessary in connection with the said Burton Avenue Bridge Replacement Project.
