WHEREAS, The City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had all the parcels
described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

cv AND WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described
o' giparcels is necessary to carry out the East Shaulis Road Bridge
Replacement Project.

CC H NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, that the contract for the parcels hereinafter
described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, all of which
,., are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, are
T ;accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to execute all
`instruments necessary to consummate the agreement to purchase the
s properties from the owners thereof, and the deeds for the conveyance of
the same are also accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is
directed to pay for the properties and the incidental expenses necessary
to the consummation of the sales from City Funds.

DESCRIPTION
The North Forty-two (42) Feet of the East Two Hundred
Ninety (290) feet of Tract "C", Silver Lake Estates in
Black Hawk County (now in the City of Waterloo), Iowa.
Area = 12, 180 S.F. more or less.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of January, 1986.
