RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATES FOR WJRK PERFORMED

F1 n AND MATERIAL FURNISHED TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
c ,WiEREAS, certain contractors have performed work and furnished material in
'41 ;, onnection with various projects in the City of Waterloo, Iowa and
`` WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered by the said
contractors, as shown on Engineer's statements is as indicated below:

Pay estimate No. 4 from Schenk Engineering Company in the amount of $15, 110.88.
Sixth Street Bridge, Contract No. 215, Project No. IX-6653(1)--79-07
Pay estimate No. 28 from Shappart Engineering Company in the amount of
$17,711 .78.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: that the above
listed pay estimates be paid on said contracts for services rendered in connection
with the above listed contracts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
Clerk/Auditor, be and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a
warrant accordingly for said sums and deliver the same to the said contractors.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of January, 1986.
