NOTICE AND CALL OF PUBLIC MEETING
Governmental Body: The City Council of Waterloo, Iowa.
Date of Meeting: January 27th, , 1986.
Time of Meeting: 7:00 o' clock P. M.
Place of Meeting: Council Chambers , City Hall , 715 Mulberry
Street, Waterloo, Iowa.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above mentioned
governmental body will meet at the date , time and place above
set out. The tentative agenda for said meeting is as follows :
Resolutions in connection with the Waterloo, Iowa, F. Y. 1984
Lowder Road Area Sanitary Sewer Project, Phase II (Contract
No. 262 ) .
- Resolution accepting work.
- Resolution ordering preparation of final
plat and schedule of assessments .
Such additional matters as are set forth on the addi-
tional pages(s) attached hereto.

pursuant to Chapter 21, Code of Iowa, and the local rules of
said governmental body.

The City Council of Waterloo, Iowa, met in regular
session, in the Council Chambers , City Hall , 715 Mulberry
Street, Waterloo, Iowa, at 7:00 o' clock p .M. , on the above
date. There were present Mayor Bernie Mc Kinley , in the
chair, and the following named Council Members:
Mary Lichty Willie Mae Wright
Jim Miller Tony Budak
Jack L. Seeber
Rose Angel
Absent: Frank D. Dowie

Council Member Jack Seeber introduced the
following Resolution entitled "RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK" and
moved its adoption. Council Member Jim Miller seconded
the motion to adopt. The roll was called and the vote was,

ABSENT: Frank D. Dowie
NAYS:
Whereupon the Mayor declared the following Resolution duly
adopted:
RES. NO. 1986-53
(CONTRACT NO. 262 )
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
WHEREAS, on July 2, 1984 , Waterloo, Iowa, entered into
contract with RWF Construction Inc. of Council Bluffs , Iowa,
for the construction of the Waterloo, Iowa, F.Y. 1984 Lowder
Road Area Sanitary Sewer Project, Phase II (Contract No. 262 ) ,
within the City, as therein described; and
WHEREAS, said contractor has fully completed the construc-
tion of said improvements, known as the Waterloo, Iowa,
F.Y. 1984 Lowder Road Area Sanitary Sewer Project, Phase II
(Contract No. 262 ) , in accordance with the terms and conditions
of said contract and plans and specifications, as shown by the
certificate of the Engineer filed with the Clerk on
, 1985:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That said report of the Engineer be and the
same is hereby approved and adopted and said improvements are
hereby accepted as having been fully completed in accordance
with the said plans, specifications and contract. The total
contract cost of the improvements payable under said contract
is hereby determined to be $ 175,222.29 .
Section 2 . The total project cost including construction,
engineering, legal and administrative costs is determined to be
