RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPRAISAL SERVICE
-' CONTRACT WITH WINEGAR-JOHNSON APPRAISAL COMPANY
o AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
THE MAYOR.

WHEREAS, the low acceptable bidder was:

cc ` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Agreements for Appraisal Services on Hackett
Road, by and between Winegar-Johnson Appraisal Company and the City of
N Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor be
z authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
p Passed and adopted this 10th day of February, 1986.
