triWHEREAS, the Code of Iowa for
1985 ceder the provisions of Chapter
c y, 0 372.13, Paragraph 5, provides upon order of the Council that all
records and papers, other than proceedings, ordinances, and instru-
ments having to do with real estate and bond issues, may be

Cz' rJ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is desirous
t 6 c, of destroyingcertain records and papers datedto prior January anuary 1,
-1 1983, under the provisions of Chapter 372.13, Paragraph 5, and

r BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TWERLOO, IOWA,

that the Clerk/Auditor of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and is
hereby, authorized and directed to destroy the following records as
provided under the provisions of Chapter 372.13, Paragraph 5:
Garbage Refund applications from 1977, 1978, 1979,
1980, 1981 , 1982, and 1983.
Council Claims dated as follows:
June 23, 1980 - August 11 , 1980
August 11 , 1980 - September 22, 1980
September 22, 1980 - November 24, 1980
November 24, 1980 - January 12, 1981
Passed and adopted this 10th day of February, 1986.
