r WHEREAS; the City Council previously instructed the City Engineer, to
!prepare°and file specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
• of cos , iltc. , for the construction of the FY 1986 Greyhound Track Access
Road;;_ Gbntract No. 284 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
*specifications, and

rc WHEReAS, the Engineers have filed said specifications, form of contract
„ and Oraliminary estimate of costs, etc., and the Council of the City of
Wate'Ioo, Iowa, having considered the same, now, therefore,
BE•IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. ,
be, it the same are hereby, preliminarily approved.
Passel and preliminarily approved this 10th day of February, 1986.
