*8 a WHEREAS, on February 17, 1986, at 7:00 p.m. , in the City Hall
Council Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of Waterloo
concerning Interstate Substitution Project IX-6583(1)--79-07 West 4th
Street, and
x WHEREAS, no objections were made to the� proposed construction
,.:of that project,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO this
project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this contract.
2 4 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be hereby
istructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa Department
Transportation.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of February, 1986.
