' , Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
s m n shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00
s and p.m., on the 17th day of March, 1986, for the purpose of considering
c c �s and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and convey sixteen (16) ft.
, c alley lying between Hawthorne and Byron Avenues and between Wisconsin
a 6 ' Street and LaPorte Road (U.S. 218/I-380) owned by the City of Waterloo,

,' s That part of a sixteen (16) foot alley commencing at the southeast
Q m corner of Lot No. One (1), Stoyanoffs Replat, Waterloo, Black Hawk
z c _ County, Iowa; thence west along the south lot line of Lots One (1)
r and Two (2) of Stoyanoffs Replat a distance of seventy-five (75)
X feet; thence south at right angle a distance of eight (8) feet;
= N thence west and parallel to the south lot line of Lot No. 2 of
f ; Stoyanoffs Replat a distance of twenty-five (25) feet: thence south
6 - at right angle a distance of eight (8) feet to the northwest corner
of Lot Thirteen (13), Stoyanoffs Replat; thence east along the north

A public utility easement shall be retained over, under and upon the
above described parcel .
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 24th day of February, 1986.
