CD BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
cv c the Supplemental Detour Agreement dated February 24, 1986, for
H' reconstruction of U.S. 63 from Donald Street North to C-66, by and
o t between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
`? Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
