BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, for
a. West Fourth Street (IX-6583(1)--79-07) in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

' n s�g ed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the
Clerk/Auditor as of the 10th day of March, 1986, together with the
c accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract signed
by the American Home Assurance Company of New York, New York, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of March, 1986.
