M : BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
c shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00
c pfm. , on the 7th day of April , 1986, for the purpose of considering and
W r, acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell and convey thirty (30) foot
co ' right-of-way lying between Western Avenue and Baltimore Street owned by
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, described as follows:
Easterly 130.65 ft. of the thirty (30) ft. wide public
right-of-way of Forest Avenue lying northerly of and adjacent
Lot 1 of Auditor's Plat No. 6, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
F_ Iowa, with the City's retention of a permanent utility easement
T , r� over, under and above the southerly twenty (20) ft. of the above
>- descri bed right-of-way.

Section 2 - That the City Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of March, 1986.
