Commencingat the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4, of

East line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 a

continuing North along said East line a distance of 710.7
feet, thence South 48° 48' West a distance of 266.9 feet;
thence South 0° 17 ' 30" West a distance of 534.9 feet;
thence South 90° 00' East a distance of 200 feet to the
point of beginning.

Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 2; thence
due East a distance of 1,057.85 feet along the South line of
Section 2; thence North 0° 17' 30" East a distance of 33 feet
to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 0° 17' 30"
East a distance of 455.25 feet; thence South 65° 07 ' 20" West
a distance of 220.76 feet; thence South 0° 17' 30" West a
distance of 199.25 feet; thence South 50° 30' 00" West a
distance of 204.75 feet; thence South 90° East a distance of
357.10 feet to the point of beginning.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to publish notice of
the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of March, 1986.
