The above property is subject to a 50 ft. wide sanitary sewer
easement described as follows:
The westerly 50 feet in even width of the East 318 feet as
measured parallel to Easton Avenue
with a minimum bid of $60,000, plus costs.
Section 2 - That the City Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
