CC 2 c ; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the FY 1986 Greyhound Track Access Road, Contract No. 284, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
the Mayor and the Clerk/Auditor as of the 17th day of March, 1986,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of
c,,said contract signed by the Holmes, Murphy & Assoc. ,Inc. , Insurance
of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are
`-hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of March, 1986.
