A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE W . C . F . & N . DRIVE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT APPLICATION FOR RISE
FUNDING

rri WHEREAS , the City of Waterloo authorized the Mayor and City
Clerk to submit an application for RISE funds from the Iowa

Department of Transportation on January 13 , 1986 ; and

cr, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo desires to
c amend the funding formula portion of the RISE application ; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to change the City ' s share of the
4c,c project to 35% of the total of Phase I of the W . C . F . and N .

NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
23.; a CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mayor be directed to submit an
amendment to the Application for RISE funds from the Iowa
c wG Department of Transportation .
