W CL m NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City cc 4+ of Waterloo, Iowa, that the contract for the parcels hereinafter c c described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, all of which r 5 J are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, are o c accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and rcK n G directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to execute all • r ��instruments necessary to consummate the agreement to purchase the 7'• I;' properties from the owners thereof, and the deeds for the conveyance of the same are also accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to pay for the properties and the incidental expenses necessary to the consummation of the sales from City Funds.
