WHEREAS, the Lease Agreement currently in use for the Public Housing

Elderly Apartment Project #IA050003 located at 225 W. Ridgeway,
Waterloo, Iowa is out of date; and,

c I— c WHEREAS, the Lease Agreement has now been revised to include recent

o changes in the regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban

S c WHERE, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires

that the Lease Agreement be submitted to the Department for approval
after being adopted by the Waterloo Housing Authority Board.

to c = Waterloo, Iowa, as the Waterloo Housing Authority, establishes the
