-, � WHEREAS, the Admission & Continuing Occupancy Policy currently in use
for the Public Housing Elderly Apartment Project #, IA050003 located at
225 W. Ridgeway, Waterloo, Iowa is out of date; and,

CWHEREAS, the Admission & Continuing Occupancy Policy has now been
revised to include recent changes in the regulations of the U.S.

rc"- WHERE, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires

n N that the Admission & Continuing Occupancy Policy be submitted to the

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
n S c o Waterloo, Iowa, as the Waterloo Housing Authority, establishes the
