RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
PERMANENT EASEMENTS ON REAL PROPERTY

_ WHEREAS, The City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcels
m described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

o Q AND WHEREAS, the acquisition of permanent easements hereinafter
described is necessary to carry out the West Fourth Street Reconstruction
Project in connection with the Interstate Substitution Plan.

ti NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, that the contract for the parcels hereinafter described,
all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
are accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
cr directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to execute all
cc0- instruments necessary to consummate the agreement for the permanent
easements from the owners thereof, and the City of Waterloo is directed to
CY-
pay for the properties and the incidental expenses necessary to the
consummation of the sales from City funds.
