WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
a proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1986
Street Reconstruction Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
known as Contract No. 299, and- c WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
F specifications, form of contract, etc., for the FY 1986 Street
m ~: Reconstruction Program, known as Contract No. 299 which were
preliminarily approved on March 17, 1986, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 7,
err. 1986, and no objections were made, now, therefore.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
'` that said specifications, proposed form of contract and
proposed s ecifications
bond, etc. , for the FY 1986 Street Reconstruction Program, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 299, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of April , 1986.
