m EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

c a) , 'BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Utility Agreement dated April 7, 1986, for Dysart Road
(IX-6691(2)--79-07) , by and between Iowa Public Service and the
rD , City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
} , the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of April , 1986.
