RESOLUTION NO. 1986-185
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING A
TEMPORARY EASEMENT ON REAL PROPERTY
1 m m WHEREAS, The City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the
c CT parcel described herein appraised and the fair market value
cascertained; and

c } WHEREAS, the acquisition of a Temporary Easement
ahereinafter described is necessary to carry out the Kimball
rn ` Avenue Reconstruction Project in connection with the
1 c % r' Interstate Substitution Plan.

c CCs NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
‹ of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that the contract for the
c m parcel hereinafter described, all of which is situated in the
cc < City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is accepted and
G cr approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
c� c directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to
r` ,m execute all instruments necessary to consummate the agreement
} for the Temporary Easement from the owners thereof, and the
City of Waterloo is directed to pay for the properties and
the incidental expenses necessary to the consummation of the
sales from City Funds.

TEMPORARY GRADING EASEMENT (PARCEL NO. 100)
The East 20. 00 feet of the parcel of land described by Warranty Deed found
in Deed Book 494, Page 610 at the Black Hawk County Recorder 's Office,
Waterloo, Iowa, said parcel description recited as follows:
Commencing at a point on the West line of Kimball Ave. at the Southeast
Corner of the 16 ' Easement in Second Addition to Kenyon 's Addition that
lies South of Lot Nos. 101 and 102 in said Addition; thence West along the
South line of said Easement a distance of 300 ' to the East line of Bellaire
Road; thence South along the East line of Bellaire Road a distance of
59. 48 ' ; thence East to a point on the West line of Kimball Ave. that is
54.58 ' South of the point of beginning; thence North along the West line of
Kimball Ave. a distance of 54. 58 ' to the point of beginning, all in the
South 1/2 of the S. E. 1/4 of Section 34-89-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
