LEAVE, CASUAL TIME AND VACATION PAY TO BETTY KUEHN, EMPLOYEE

WHEREAS, on the 4th day of April , 1986, Betty Kuehn will retire as an
employee of the Street Department of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

7WHEREAS, Betty Kuehn has accumulated 1068 hours of sick leave and is
E_ entitled to payment for same, and

HWHEREAS, Betty Kuehn has earned and is entitled 200 hours vacation pay,

Kuehn has earned and is entitled 26 hours casual time

00 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that

rt Betty Kuehn be paid a sum of $7,055.75 being payment in full for above
mentioned sick leave, earned vacation, and casual , and that the
c`- Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to
E draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Betty
d Kuehn.
