o t`WHEREAS, Midwest Outdoor Advertising has proposed that the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve Off-Premise Advertising Structure
(Billboard) located at southeast corner of intersection of LaPorte
• w Road and San Marnan Drive, (zoned "S-1" Shopping Center District),

WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due to the
insignificance of the nature of said off-premise advertising
structure (billboard).
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said off-premise
radvertising structure (billboard) should be approved as proposed,
know, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the off-premise advertising structure (billboard) located at
southeast corner of intersection of LaPorte Road and San Marnan
Drive, (zoned "S-1" Shopping Center District), be and the same is
hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April , 1986, and approved by the
Mayor this 16 day of April , 1986.
