CD s r�- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Youngblut Contracting Company of Washburn, Iowa,
t_in the amount of $1,041.998.95 for the F.Y. 1986 Street Reconstruction
a- Program 2, Contract No. 299, described in the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
frhearing on published notice required by law, be is hereby accepted, the
Fsame being the lowest bid received for said work.
c The Mayor and Clerk/Auditor are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the construction of said improvements,
said contract not to be binding on the City until approved by the
:Council .
Passed and approved this 14th day of April , 1986.
