WHEREAS, certain contractors have performed work and furnished material in connec- N tion with various projects in the City of Waterloo, Iowa and WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered by the said contractors, o as shown on Engineer's statements is as indicated below: -;:Hackett Road, IX-6585(4)--70-07 >- ___Pay estimate No. 3 from Henkle Construction Company in the amount of $57,309.14. m + v i tFY 1985 Intercity Interceptor Stage V, 5th & 6th Street Crossing, Contract 282 day estimate No. 6 from Peterson Contractors in the amount of $49,438.98. Ca Kimball Avenue (Ridgeway Avenue to West 4th Street, Phase II, IX-6641(2)--79-07 c Pay estimate No. 6 from Schenk Engineering Company in the amount of $618.32. r - Intercity Interceptor, Stage IV, Highway 63 Pumping Station Storage Units, Contract No. 255 , :.Pay estimate No. 8 from Youngblut Contracting, Inc. in the amount of • $77,087.75. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: that the above listed pay estimates be paid on said contracts for services rendered in connection with the above listed contracts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Clerk/Auditor, be and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sums and deliver the same to the said contractors.
