SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF THE GREYHOUND RACE TRACK FACILITY IN SECTION 6-82-13 FROM NATIONAL CATTLE CONGRESS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following legally described thirty-seven (37) ft. sanitary sewer easement from National Cattle Congress, described as follows: All the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Frac- tional Quarter and all that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Ouarter, Section 6, Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, lying within the following described boundary: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section thence N89°58'51E a distance of 100.00 feet along the Northerly line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 6: thence SO°06'48"W a distance of 1 ,069.31 feet along a line parallel with the Westerly line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 6 to the beginning of a curve concave northeasterly haveinq a radius of 686.62 feet: thence Southeast- erly 259.10 feet along said curve through a central angle of 21°37'15" to a point on the Southerly line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, which point is 148.31 feet easterly from the South- west corner of the Northwest Quarter of the South- east Quarter of said Section 6, said curve has a long chord that bears SIO°41150"E. a distance of 257.56 feet! thence N90°W a distance of 148.31 feet along the Southerly line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 5 to the Southwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 57 thence NO°06'48"E a distance of 1 ,322.37 feet along the Westerly line of the Northwest Quarter of the South- east Quarter of said Section 6 to the point of beginning.
