meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the
5 a Preliminary Plat of CARRIAGE HILL THIRD ADDITION, Waterloo, Black Hawk

CC CCWHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been previously submitted
o s to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming and

s = o WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should
Q receive the approval of this Council .

N NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, that the Preliminary Plat of CARRIAGE HILL
< 3 THIRD ADDITION, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Waterloo,
c o Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix their
