RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING A
TEMPORARY EASEMENT ON REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel
described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,
AND WHEREAS, the acquisition of a temporary easement
hereinafter described is necessary to carry out the Kimball Avenue
Project in connection with the Interstate Substitution Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
m ; of Waterloo, Iowa, that the contract for the parcel hereinafter
00 c o described, all of which is situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
F= cc County, Iowa, is accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
H c authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to
N ' execute all instruments necessary to consummate the agreement for the
Q temporary easement from the owners thereof, and the City of Waterloo is
- s di a ^ - rected to pay for the property and the incidental expenses necessary
'a' 1- s to the consummation of the sales from City Funds.

line a distance of 15.00 feet to the
point of beginning; thence S. 89° 05' 15"
W. along said North R-O-W line a distance
of 7.02 feet; thence N. 43° 39' 51" E. a
distance of 30.91 feet to said West R-O-W
line; thence S. 01° 45' 33" E. along said
West R-O-W line a distance of 7.02 feet;
thence S. 43° 39' 51" W. a distance of
21.06 feet to the point of beginning.
The East line of the SE 1/4 of Section
34-89-13 is assumed to bear N. 01° 45'
