HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-222-04.21.1986 RESOLUTION NO. 1986-222 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING A TEMPORARY EASEMENT ON REAL PROPERTY WHEREAS, The City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained, AND WHEREAS, the acquisition of a Temporary Easement hereinafter described is necessary to carry out the West Fourth Street Reconstruction Project in connection with the Interstate Substitution Plan. r c NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City J? of Waterloo, Iowa, that the contract for the parcel hereinafter described, all of which is situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk n-, c > County, Iowa, is accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are CD authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to < f=- n execute all instruments necessary to consummate the agreement for the s r;_ Temporary Easement from the owner thereof, and the City of Waterloo is 5 F F_ directed to pay for the property and the incidental expenses necessary R c to the consummation of the sale from City Funds. -z a ; The subject parcel is: c ra ,..c1 ' CrPARCEL NO. APO WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel is necessary to carry out the Ansborough Reconstruction Project in connection with the Interstate Substitution Plan. NOW. THEREFORE, R,E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that the contract for the parcel hereinafter described to sell the same to the City of waterloo, Iowa, all of which is situated in the City of Waterloo, Plack Hawk County, Iowa, is accented and approved and the mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to consummate the agreement to purchase the property from the owner thereof, and the deed for the conveyance of the same are also accepted and approv2d and the City of Waterloo is directed to nay for the Property and the incidental expenses necessary to the consummation of the sale from city Funds.
