s WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1985-86 Fiscal Budget on
March 15, 1985, allocating $775,000.00 of Tax Increment Financing
• money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of General Obligation
�-+ Bonds.

`F NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
on WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of $175,000.00
from the Tax Increment Financing Fund to the Debt Service Fund for
payment of General Obligation Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be instructed to
certify a copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
