rr WHEREAS, on the 21st day of April , 1986, Dorothy Amundson will retire as
m m an employee of the Clerk/Auditor's Office of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

rr I— WHEREAS, Dorothy Amundson has accumulated 1,093.5 hours of sick leave
• >- rn and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Dorothy Amundson has earned and is entitled 210 hours vacation

C- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
r F- Dorothy Amundson be paid a sum of $10,323,72 being payment in full for
ozabove mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that the Clerk/
c Auditor be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw
Q m as warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Dorothy
