" BEIT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
a the 28E Intergovernmental Agreement dated April 28, 1986, for
SS purpose of establishing, maintaining and governing the Black Hawk
o;, County Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS), by and between
I Cities of Cedar Falls, Evansdale, and Black Hawk County and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of April , 1986.
