RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE OF BID WITH MARION BODY WORKS OF
MARION, WISCONSIN, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$452,134.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE
OF A NEW FIRE TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Marion Body Works of Marion, Wisconsin, in
the amount of $452,134.00, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project in Resolution
No. 2010-1035, after public hearing on November 22, 2010 on
published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same being the apparent lowest bid for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 2011.
