'� -_- `'Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
Q ishall meet at the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00
,;p.m. , on the 9th day of June, 1986, for the purpose of considering and
acting upon a proposal to reduce building setback line from 30 feet to
15 feet on property generally located along northeasterly property line
c • of Lot 150, Crestview Second Addition (at 2704 Saratoga Drive).

=Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Lot 150 Crestview
r Second Addition that is 30 feet southwesterly of the northeasterly
r`i fr..corner of said Lot 150; thence southeasterly along a line 30 feet from
c r and parallel with Cataract Avenue to the point of intersection with a
i-- line tT3Q feet northwesterly of and parallel with the northwesterly line
of Saratoga Drive; thence northeasterly along a line 30 feet north-
westerly of and parallel with the northwesterly line of Saratoga Drive
to the point of intersection with a line 15 feet southwesterly of and
parallel with the southwesterly line of Cataract Avenue; thence north-
westerly to a point on the northwesterly line of said Lot 150 that is
15 feet northeasterly of the point of beginning; thence southwesterly a
distance of 15 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2 - That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of May, 1986.
