RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3
WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. ,
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
Supplemental Agreement No. 3 dated May 19, 1986, for consultant
engineering services for West 4th Street ( IX-6587(6)--79-7), by and
between Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. , and the City
• of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
N. Iowa.

- Passed and adopted this 19th day of May, 1986.
